Raising awareness through good design

For the longest time the idea of being environmentally friendly or taking on the subject of ecology had a rather hippie aesthetic or grass roots connotation. Nothing against either of these notions, but to reach the more sophisticated and design conscious younger generation it is also important to present them the message in a way that will engage them.

This commercial on global warming by Ubik done for MTV worldwide is a perfect example of great creativity put to good use.
