Paris - Dysfashional Review

The vernissage for DYSFASHONAL happened last Thursday and should have reported on it right away, but some serious client presentations kept us from this. In any case, it was well attended and the project seriously deserves merit in organizing, but as the French say malheuresmentsome of the work was not so great. It brought to mind a story a friend once told me about when she worked for this famous designer he was asked, along with other designers, to dress some statues in a castle for a fundraiser. He kindly agreed, but when the day of the dressing came he had not even designed the dress and sent my friend, an intern at the time, and some other assistant to do the work. With that said, maybe just the context of the presentation is what rendered it disconnected. But hey, even Catherine Baba made an appearanceLaura Minquini
