Artist Richard Prince is branching out into furniture design. Launched during the Fiac at Paris’ Galerie Partick Seguin in association with Gagosian Gallery, Prince is presented a chair he designed and a series of furnishings which he has collected.
The limited edition “Nurse Hat Chair” created by Prince which is reminiscnet of his iconic nurse paintings. The other works on show are all inspired by his passion for rare book collecting; the furnishings on show were acquired to house his collection, but are in themselves sculptures.
