The new Paris Marc Marc Jacobs store just opened last week with much fan fare. Suzy Menkes described the store as “recession proof”; with prices as low as 5 euros for a necklace for his eponymous diffusion line, anyone can indulge in just a little shopping…The store was designed by Stephan Jaklitsch, the architect who has been responsible for all the Marc Jacobs boutiques around the world. And if this store is anything like the NYC store, it will become a destination to go to when in Paris.
